My love for photography started early. I was the little girl always begging for another disposable camera—remember those? Before long, I graduated to a tiny silver point-and-shoot that rarely left my side. But it wasn’t until I became a mother that I truly understood the value of photographs and the stories they hold. In 2016, I picked up my first “real” camera, and I haven’t put it down since. You could say motherhood changed my life—and in more ways than one. But the brightest light was shown in 2020 when I lost my mother to cancer and immediately realized how truly special photographs are.
Lucky wife and mama of 2, that’s me! & just last year our family relocated to Durango, Colorado, and we’ve fallen completely in love with life here. From the breathtaking beauty of the San Juan National Forest to the historic Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, and the mountain towns of Telluride, Ouray, and Silverton just a short drive away, we feel incredibly fortunate to call this corner of Colorado ‘home’.

As a Colorado family and newborn photographer, I consistently invest in growth—through updated equipment, ongoing education, and new creative experiences that allow me to better serve the families I photograph. This commitment means that with every passing year, I’m able to offer work that is more intentional, more refined, and more deeply meaningful.

When my mother died in 2020, the first thing I did was turn to photographs. One day, your children will be so thankful you did the session. Like I always say, ‘sure you want the photos now, but they will need them later’ (call out, quote thingy)
